Purging the Memory Stick

I downloaded pics from my camera so Sorority Girl and Frat Boyfriend could use it to take pics at the 2 formal dances they have coming up this month.

We went to the Kennedy Space Center. I hadn't been since shortly after "Man Walks On The Moon". The International Space Station IMAX 3-D movie is soooo cool. That's Mom, sis and sister-in-law. Mom is shrinking to Hobbit-like proportions. Hubs called her Frodo the other day. Not to her face.
They have a Space Mirror with solar panels in the back. It is part of a memorial to astronauts that died during missions. The names stay lit up all night.

Downtown Disney. My kids NEVER built anything like this with their Legos!
Just the memory of stepping on Legos in bare feet is still painful!

Sorority Girl with a Manatee at the mall in Jacksonville. I like the pie on his nose.

Nice walkway at Blue Springs State Park. Watch out for the GATORS.

Real Manatees at Blue Springs State Park. Notice that they are not painted like the ones at the mall. They are grey.

Sugar Glider. Sorority Girl and Frat Boyfriend's friend has three of these for pets. You mix worms with yogurt and other stuff and freeze it to make Ben and Jerry's Worm Ice Cream to feed them. Apparently they jump on your face, then snuggle up to your nose and fall asleep.

Key Biscayne at Bill Baggs State Park. It is just south of downtown Miami. It was originally built in 1825 and reconstructed in 1846. It is the oldest standing structure in Miami-Dade County. 109 steps to the top. No, I didn't.

That's pretty badass, the Legos.
