I have done Weight Watchers so many times I practically know the point counts for everything by heart. My Mom asked me to look up a few things for her and I found out that some dieters are eating things I've never eaten and may never want to eat.
Black Beans-uncooked-1 Lb=31 points I don't know about you, but I cook my beans
Eggnog-no liquor-1/2 cup=5 points No liquor? Forget it.
Sardines in oil-5=3 points Sorry daddy, not even in memory of you.
And now, in the Roadkill Edition....
Black Bear-1 oz=2 points
Antelope-1 oz=1 point
Armadillo-1oz=1 point
Opossum-1oz=1 point
Hmmmm, Black bear must be fatty.
The following category is FOOD I'VE NEVER HEARD OF BEFORE....
Fadge-1 cup=3 points Fried mashed potatoes. Sounds yummy
Gobo-1/2 cup=1 point Is burdock root a veggie?
Kataifi-1 piece=5 points Middle Eastern pastry made with phyllo. I'd try that.
Menudo-CANNED-1 cup=4 points Beef tripe and hominy stew. I thought it was a Puerto Rican Boy Band from the 1970's that Ricky Martin sang with?
Petite Marmite-2 cups=7 points. Okay....Petite Marmite is a broth. Marmite is a spread made of yeast extract. I'm confused.
I'm sticking with my fat-free yogurt, chopped apple and 1/4 cup of fat-free granola for 5 points

OMG! I almost spit my coffee out after reading the description of Menudo. That sounds heinous to eat!
Ditto on the Ricky Martin thing...
I never heard of so much of this! Fadge? Gobo? Wow.
What could be in BROTH that that makes it higher in points than anything else up there?
How about rattlesnake? I've eaten that. Or Pudge? No, not the kind around your middle. It's a kind of garlic mashed potato, served here: http://www.flyingbiscuit.com/Menus.aspx
Seriously? SERIOUSLY?
I don't know where to begin. I am laughing out loud!
I'm cracking up! "The Roadkill Edition" - I love starting my day off with a good laugh! That was hillarious!
Good thing...I've been wondering how many points opossum is.
Menudo - CANNED.
HAHAHAHA :) Can they squeeze all of them in there? Hilarious!
I didn't comment on previous post about Tigger. I hope he's hangin' on and snuggling a lot.
Possum? WTF?!
