This gave me a huge chill when I saw it on fourfour today. I wish everyone who had the power to vote on 8 and similar measures could've watched this BEFORE they voted. Might've touched a few hearts.

Thanks for posting this. I have linked it on my Facebook page, knowing that nasty Rethuglicans who are in my "mommy-network" will write ugly comments. (Or if I am lucky, de-friend me!) It is just too important to ignore.
Dear minivan bohemian...I'm a Republican. And I voted FOR gay marriage because I also believe in love over politics and religion. I beg you, please don't stereotype my political party as full of ugly and intolerant thugs. That leads to the divisiveness that hurts all Americans.
