CED 08 8 Knitted Scarf

This is the yarn I got at clearance for $1 a skein. It felt just a little scratchy but I loved the color and decided it was cheap enough to take a chance.
3 or 4 times a year the temp here gets down to the 40's. I wanted a scarf but nothing heavy. This knitted up wonderfully lightweight and soft. When I finished weaving in the loose ends from casting on and off, I rolled it up and put it on the desk. I realized it looked like Sesame Street's Cookie Monster was taking a nap.
It is modeling here with my favorite denim jacket, which has become my winter coat. Just another reason why I LOVE the Sunshine State.
